The wow-factor hits you as soon as you step through the extra-wide front door into the beautiful Grand Lobby, with the stylish open staircase leading up from the centre of the Ground Floor area.
A spacious, modern holiday home over 2 floors, Seaside Place, Shoreham is thoughtfully designed throughout with the convenience of 4 ground floor bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, seating & dining options.
The hub of the Ground Floor area is The Beach Room which includes a second fully fitted kitchen complete with a choice of seating options; perch on a stool at the breakfast bar for social drinks & snacks, take a seat at the dining table with a smaller group for a casual meal, or relax on the comfortable sofa watching the children playing in the garden ... or simply enjoying the view over the beach
A separate utility room / drying room with 2 washing machines, a heated towel rail & an additional large sink is widely appreciated by guests. They love being able to keep the house clutter-free while easily taking care of laundry, wet beachwear & towels after an adventure at the beach, a coastal walk or just a soak in the hot tub!
The Beach Room features full-width bi-fold doors leading directly to the faux-grass garden areas (detailed below) & the beach. Perfect for indoor - outdoor living, taking a break from the all day sun in the back garden in summer, or taking shelter in cooler or wetter weather!

Seaside Place, Shoreham sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms.
All rooms are spacious & elegantly presented with kingsize beds, ample storage space, smart TVs, Gas Central Heating, Air conditioning, Wifi, Bedlinen and Towels for indoor use provided. A travel cot, stairgate & highchair are also available for the convenience of our younger guests!
Master Bedroom 1 (+ ensuite) is located on the first floor & is detailed above.
The other 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the Ground Floor, with 2 also housing a single bed as well as the kingsize bed, making them perfect for families with younger children, or groups with members who are happy to share rooms but prefer separate beds

The back garden enjoys sun all day long so whether you’re sunbathing on a lounger, relaxing in the hammock or swing-chair, sipping a drink at the Garden Bar, having a round of mini-golf on the 5-hole putting green or enjoying the trampoline, football & range of garden games, there’s something to keep everyone entertained

With a wide variety of garden furniture, seating & outdoor dining options - more than enough for 12 - and plenty of open space for socialising outside overlooking the beach, Seaside Place, Shoreham is a great choice for both indoor and outdoor entertaining and we are also delighted to be able to offer a couple of additions to further elevate your stay.
These optional extras are available to select on the booking page and/or may be requested at a later date, subject to availability
Perhaps you'd like to prepare a delicious meal for your family or friends on the Argentinian BBQ? We'll set it up for you and take care of the cleaning up afterwards too hence the £60 supplement - or £100 for a longer stay with multiple uses & additional wood.
The holiday home also features an optional private hot tub which can be used by up to 7 guests at a time to relax, unwind & enjoy the stunning coastal views as well as the soothing bubbles! The hot tub is subject to a £200 supplement, and will be set up all ready for your arrival and checked daily ro ensure correct chemical balance is maintained.
Please note that noise outdoors must be kept to a minimum after 10pm & all equipment should please be enjoyed with care.
